Bio-
Once upon a time in the rainy city of
Seattle three guys went to
a high school called Uprep. One of these guys loved music and is a really good percussionist and drummer—his name is
Toby Cattolico. The other two —Will and John Teal (twins) just loved music. Back in 2000, both Will and John began
learning bass and guitar, respectively, and they got really into it. Toby and the twins were good friends, well brothers really.
When the Teals were good enough, they played a song at a school assembly. The three guys had an awesome time playing together.
That was November of 2003. They started writing songs and came up with the name Petri’s Day Off. Soon the band had practice
as often as they could which usually involved awesome Italian food, Xbox, and a ton of music. And damn. . . It was good!!
So...we are...
Toby Cattolico (drums)—Studies
percussion at the Boston Conservatory and loves to be a crazy Mayan!! Having come from an Italian his appetite is huge.
And his mother is very good at keeping the band well fed.
John Teal (guitar, vocals)—Studies
engineering or some crazy science thing at Columbia University in NY. Likes going down to Greenwich Village late at night just
to get cupcakes with friends...the best cupcakes EVER.
Will Teal (bass, vocals)—Goin'
to UW (University of Washington, for those of you unfortunate enough not to be from the area), thinking about studying engineering,
but not really sure. Spends most of his time rockin' the crew team and beein' cool.
